<p><span font-size="medium">Mill Creek June the 18 1887 Dear Brother Youre king favour to ma of of the [11?] instant came to hand this morning as she has not been in the habbit of writing for some time past I take the libberty of answering your affectionate letter, and can assure you we are all happy to learn you are happly united to the deare object of your affection; Mother is in hopes the session will not exceed ten days or two weeks at most; believe me She [is] very anxious to see the choise of her Darling son; and you know Brother I have my share of curiosity; your kind neighbours are very anxious to know when you and Lady are expected home, your frien[d] Mrs Boyer is at the gate inquiring for you and yours, now; Mother sends her best love to you and through you to your Susan; little Maria Jane says you may kiss her new Aunt for her that is if you are not chewing tobacco Tom and Mary send ther love to you both</span></p>

Write soon and let us know when we may expect you home; time seems to fly very slowly indeed; I hope (sister sue may spare you up as I know you require one) I believe it is time to stop as I have no more to say; indeed I believe I have said nothing from the beginning Adieu my dear Brother and remain your affectionate Sister Elen Wilson PS Ma sends her best love to Margaret and W Blair to the Col and family; you may slip my love in with hers, if you please;- Your Sister Elen Wilson</span></p>
