We can not color every piece in this way at the customary price, as it takes much more time + material, than the price will justify. In future if you have any cloth made, that is to be colored, you should have the warp colored a very dark purple, with shumac or bark, as that will take a black better than a [copperas] + will answer by coloring one time.
