Growing up, Dr. Gray was inspired by his father's academic achievements and his mother's dedication to success. Despite personal challenges early in life, Dr. Gray pursued his passion for science, sparked by early exposure to science shows like "Bill Nye the Science Guy" and "The Magic School Bus." Dr. Gray attended The Citadel Military College of South Carolina, where he faced rigorous and discriminatory environment.
