I understood that mail to and from N. Africa is rather slow. I have done quiet a lot of traveling lately but have not hit my perminate out- fit yet. N. Africa has been quiet a surprise to me. It is very much like our Cal. and ther<s>e</s> are many fine farms. Of course the French Controll practially everything and the Arabs are poor as ever. I am begining to understand them better and find them most interisting. I am having a fine time and am very well.
