Recipe for Beer

Receipt for making Beer Taik [take] two double hands full of ops [hops] do – two of [?] and put them four double hands in a kittle and let them boil untill all settle in the botom; then strain it into barel, and then let it couled about milk warm, then put in your [cast?] then put your sugar the amount of twenty two pounds for one barel, then let it work for about two days one half, throw of in bottles & corked tait [tight]
