  • Description is exactly "George Fox, born in Charleston, West Virginia, grew up in a Virginia Tech household. His father from Virginia Polytechnic Institute for industrial engineering in 1941 and claimed that their extended family has more than twenty graduates. Consequently, George did not have a choice in choosing schools, and went to Virginia Polytechnic in 1960 for mechanical engineering. After graduating in 1964, he enlisted in the Air Force as an aircraft engineering officer. He stayed for four years, then worked in General Electric Company for the rest of his career.
