From: Head Quarters, 5th Brigade. In order to carry out Order No. 17, we are imposing limits on personal baggage herein defined. By order of Col. Cocke. Also enclosed, on same paper: General Order No. 17: All officers of the Quarter Master's department, Prepare to advance at short notice.
