VDOT Highway Message to Hokies
This photograph was taken to capture the Virginia Department of Transportation's statewide message boards that all displayed the same message "In Honor of VT Drive Safely" at noon on April 20, 2007.
In addition to the statewide message, VDOT sent Virginia Tech 24 cards expressing peoples' sorrow and sadness over the tragic events that occurred on campus on April 16, 2007.
