Community Groups, Non-Profits, and Churches

Numerous community organizations from sewing circles to churches to non-profit companies also reached out. These groups offered solace, words of hope, and direct volunteer support for recovery activities. These community-based organizations represent all aspects of society and reflect how broadly affecting the events at Virginia Tech were to people from all backgrounds.
